Exchange and Cancellation Policy

The Exchange Policy is only applicable on the clothing section of the website.
1. What are the charges on exchanging a product?
  • There are no extra charges on exchange
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • YOU are responsible for the charges of the exchange shipping process

2. What is the procedure of exchange?

  • If you wish to exchange the product, please do so by reaching out to our team on
  • Our team will guide you through all the steps of the exchange process.
  • Note: All exchanges are handled ONLY through EMAIL.

3. What items can be exchanged?

  • Any product purchased from can be exchanged 
  • The product should be returned in the condition it was received.
  • The tags and packaging should be intact.
  • Any damage to the product is not liable for exchange.
  • For garments purchased from our website, it should be unworn and unwashed to be liable for an exchange.

 4. What is the exchange procedure?

  • After receiving the shipment, you can exchange the said product within 7 days from receiving the product
  • After our warehouse receives the said product, it is inspected and then the exchange process starts.
  • This process may take anywhere between 10 - 15 working days 
  • We only provide store credits if you decide to return the product

5. Can the product be exchanged after 30 days if the color fades out?

  • After the 7 days exchange period - we cannot exchange the product. The color will fade after multiple/rigorous use.


Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please do let us know until 3 hours of placing the order. After the 3 hours, the order gets processed automatically.
