The Exchange Policy is only applicable on the clothing section of the website.
We do not exchange phone cases or any bluetooth earphone covers.
1. What are the charges on exchanging a product?
  • There are no extra charges on exchange
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • YOU are responsible for the charges of the exchange shipping process

2. What is the procedure of exchange?

  • If you wish to exchange the product, please do so by reaching out to our team on
  • Our team will guide you through all the steps of the exchange process.
  • Note: All exchanges are handled ONLY through EMAIL.

3. What items can be exchanged?

  • Any product purchased from can be exchanged 
  • The product should be returned in the condition it was received.
  • The tags and packaging should be intact.
  • Any damage to the product is not liable for exchange.
  • For garments purchased from our website, it should be unworn and unwashed to be liable for an exchange.

 4. What is the exchange procedure?

  • After receiving the shipment, you can return the said product within 7 days from receiving the product
  • After our warehouse receives the said product, it is inspected and then the exchange process starts.
  • This process may take anywhere between 10 - 15 days 
  • We only provide store credits if you decide to return the product


Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please do let us know until 4 hours of placing the order. After the 4 hours, the order gets processed automatically.
