How would I return my item?
If you have any defect with your product please reach us within the first 3 days after receiving the product. We will assist you with the return procedure.
What is the return policy?
If in case you have a defect(such as a tear or a stain on the product) and want to return the product, we can either replace it if you have received a damaged product or refund the amount to your bank account (COD and Shipping charges will be deducted from the amount you spent on our website.) The refund will be initiated after we receive the product and carefully inspect it.
The return procedure will attract Rs.100 as a processing fee.
THERE IS NO RETURN PROCEDURE FOR WRONG/ NEGLIGENT ORDERS AND REFUND REQUESTS PLACED BY CUSTOMERS RELATING TO THE FITTING OF THE PRODUCT, PRODUCT QUALITY, COLOR, OR SIZE.
Products may differ slightly in color from what is shown in the pictures.
Is reverse pickup available?
No, we do not provide reverse pickup.
What is the cancellation policy?

If your consignment has left the warehouse, we cannot cancel the product.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
For COD orders, if you wish to return the product, you have to ship us the product. After receiving the product we will inspect it and issue you store credits that you can use to buy anything from our store.
